A friendly reminder that Pine Tree ISD will have an early release day on Friday, December 20th. All district campuses and offices will be closed Monday, December 23rd – Friday, January 3, 2025. District offices will return to normal hours on Monday, January 6, 2025, and students will return to class on Tuesday, January 7, 2025.
Early release times for Friday, December 20th.
Primary, Birch Elementary and Parkway Elementary will be released at 12 p.m.
Middle School, Junior High and High School will be released at 1 p.m.

Huge Shout Out to our Primary Students!
Today we went to the Gregg County Historical Museum and Longview Museum of Fine Arts. We will post pictures on Facebook tonight or tomorrow morning. Our Primary Pirates did an amazing job of listening and following directions. They were careful around all the breakable items. We got so many compliments from the Volunteers who were helping with our field trips.
Students will be sent home a free ticket to the Art Museum so that you can go see what they got to see today! This Saturday, the history museum is having a special free event so you can go see the trains again with your child! Check out the pictures attached for more information.

It looks like the weather is clearing in time for use to have an outdoor Halloween Parade at 2:00. Please bring a car tag to be able to check out your child early. After the parade, one parent or guardian will be allowed to enter the building to pick up your child from the classroom door. You will show the car tag to the teacher and to the adults at the exit.
Due to the wetness and some scheduling conflicts, the Fall Nature Walk is being postponed for Friday, November 1. We will send more information soon about a new date. We will have lunch dates tomorrow!
