🏫 Returning student registration is required and must be completed in order to receive schedules at Meet the Teacher. Campuses are open for in person registration from 11 a.m. -5 p.m. today if assistance is needed. 🚌 Online bus rider registration will close at midnight on August 4, 2024. In order to ride the bus the first three days of school, the online bus registration must be completed by August 4th. Beginning Monday, August 5th, students that need to be registered to ride the bus must complete the Bus Registration Form at the child's school of attendance. Students registered to ride the bus between August 5th and 14th will not be provided bus transportation until Monday, August 19, 2024. There is a three-day waiting period for any student registered to ride the school bus after August 14th. This time is necessary to adjust routes, communicate changes in routes and times, and inform appropriate campus staff members. Join Our Fundraiser at Raising Cane's and Support PTHS Cheer!

At the April 8 board meeting, our PTHS Cheer Team led the pledges. Above and Beyond awards were presented to Jodi McQueary and Brandina Ednie for outstanding service to PTISD. Our Teachers of the Year were also honored and recognized. Teachers of the Year are: Primary - Jasmine Coleman and District Elementary Teacher of the Year; Birch Elementary, Bonnie Smith; Parkway Elementary. Misti Scaggs; Middle, Caleb Epnett; Junior High, Dasia Williams; High School and District Secondary Teacher of the Year, Terri Davis and PACE, Dana Taylor.
