About the Exercise Science and Wellness Program
The Exercise Science and Wellness Program at Pine Tree High School is all about promoting health and fitness. In this program, students learn about the human body, nutrition, and exercise. They explore how to create fitness plans and make healthy choices. This program is ideal for students who are interested in health, physical fitness, or sports-related careers. Through classroom learning and practical activities, students gain the knowledge and skills to help themselves and others lead healthier lives. Completing the Exercise Science and Wellness Program equips students to pursue careers in fitness training, physical therapy, nutrition, or other fields focused on well-being and health.
